A well-structured academic calendar ensures that students and faculty maintain steady instructional momentum. Each semester comprises 15 instructional weeks: 1 week of orientation and unit registration, 12 weeks of intensive lectures and laboratory practicals, 1 week of reading revision recess, and 2 weeks of invigilated university examinations.

Timely compliance with registration dates is mandatory. Students must complete semester unit registration within the first three weeks of reporting. Course changes or unit drops are not permitted after the third week. Examination cards are issued exclusively to students with 100% fee clearance.
